Lindsey Sheets Grippe
Lindsey has a master’s degree in social work and a graduate certificate in gerontology.
“My favorite part of my job is working alongside the Bereavement team to grow our bereavement offerings and expand services available to the community.”
Christine Normando
Christine has a Master of Social Work degree and has worked as a Bereavement Coordinator since graduating.
“Adding and improving Bereavement offerings is a huge joy for me as are children’s services. Death can be such a beautiful part of the final chapter of someone’s life.”
Donna Miller
Donna worked as an elementary school teacher before joining the company in 2014.
“Giving a supportive phone call, facilitating a support group and active listening is often just what a person needs to let them know they are doing a good job at processing all the changes in their life.”
Kasandra Sulillari
Kasandra’s background includes a Bachelor of Social Work degree and relevant courses such as Death & Dying.
“My favorite part of being a Hospice Bereavement Coordinator is creating a safe space for individuals to process their grief and find comfort in community support.”
Kayla Gaddis
Kayla has a Master Level of Social Work degree. She has been with Residential for 10 years, four as a Licensed Medical Social Worker and six with the Bereavement department.
“I love facilitating my grief support group and seeing people in the grief journey connect and support one another.”
Maribeth Perez
Maribeth comes from a big, Irish family and has a son, a daughter and a beagle. She joined Residential in February 2025.

Michael Allen
Michael has Master of Arts degrees in Religion and Community Psychology and Counseling, and a Master of Science degree in Gerontology. He has been with Residential since 2010.

Why Grief Support Matters
According to the American Psychiatric Association, grief support can be a lifeline to those struggling with loss. When you are grieving, having knowledgeable and compassionate guidance is essential to healing. The Residential Hospice Bereavement team understands that each individual needs to process their grief in their own way. Whoever you are and however you're grieving, we're here to support you with a variety of resources.
