Blue Elephant Children’s Workshop – Let’s Talk About It

Any child, ages 5-11 years old, experiencing the loss of a loved one is invited to join our free Blue Elephant Discovery Workshops. Our goal is to help children explore ways to express their feelings and use coping mechanisms to guide them through grief. While it may be hard, talking about the person we lost is vital for the grieving process. We will use a worksheet to explore who you can turn to when you need to talk through your feelings. We will also mail you coloring pages and discuss how art can be therapeutic.
