A Long History Serving Communities with Care

Residential Home Health is founded and begins serving patients in southeast Michigan.

Residential Home Health adds a satellite office in Grand Rapids, further growing into western Michigan.

Residential Home Health Illinois launches in Metropolitan Chicago’s western suburbs.

Residential Home Hospice is founded and begins providing compassionate care in southeast Michigan

Residential Hospice Illinois is founded and begins providing compassionate care in the Chicago area.

Residential acquires Elmhurst Memorial Hospital’s Home and Hospice. Graham Holdings Company acquires a majority interest in Residential.

Residential Palliative Care is founded.

Residential partners with Mary Free Bed at Home in Grand Rapids, MI. Residential Healthcare Group merges with Celtic Healthcare to form Graham Health Care Group.

Residential acquires Hometown Home Health and Hospice, bolstering its service area in mid-Michigan.
